I haven’t been eating too horribly, just have been really, really, super swamped with getting things in my life lined up nicely. :D AKA I’ve been working a lot of overtime to afford the trip to see our families and we bought a car out-right- we’re weird and don’t ever want to pay a car note… Ever. xD So far, we’re winning.
ANYWHOZITS.
Here’s what I’ve been eating for the past few days.
Just to get me back into the habit of recording and being all “YAY ME! I CAN DO THIS!”

Saturday
Green Tea w/ honey
Yogurt w/ banana and srawberries
Luna peppermint bar (Best thing I’ve even put in my mouth)
1 Banana
5 Strawberries
Cookie-Crisp cereal
Jan. 15th
Sunday
Wheat bread with peanut butter spread and a banana
Yogurt with straberries
Green Tea w/ honey
Large order of Chili Cheese Fries from Steak n Shake… So delicious… so bad for me…
Jan. 16th
Monday
Promax Cookies and Cream energy bar
2 Cups of Water
Banana
2 Cups of Water
Strawberries
2 Bowls of Hormel Chili
7-10 Crackers
2 Cups of Water
Yogurt with strawberries and a banana
2 Cups of Water
… Oh yeah, I’ve started keeping track of my water intake. Trying to get to 8 cups a day- So far, so good.
Jan. 17th
Tuesday
Whole wheat toast with peanut butter and a banana
2 Cups of Water
Coffee
2 Cups of Water
Orange
8 Crackers
2 Cups of Water
Promax Cookies and Cream energy bar
Celery
Handful of strawberries
Whole wheat toast with peanut butter and a banana
Small bit of peanut Butter and 2 small stalks of celery
Farfalle noodles with Vodka tomato-cheese sauce
I know that I’m eating a lot today, but I’ve been up since 4am and I’ve been getting a lot done- Including moving over 15,000 packages in two hours, and I’m only eating when my stomach just can’t handle it.
By the way, my bathroom visits are insane. Drinking all of this water is making me wonder how small my bladder really is. @_@
Dear sweet Jeebus this post is long.
I’ve been slacking for an entire(ish) week now, due to having a LOT of holiday food around my home and only a few people to share it with… It’s a lot of perishable, expensive food, so I just can’t bring myself to let it spoil… So yeeeaaaah.
I’ve decided to get a little bit more ‘hardcore’ on this whole healthy thing, and considering my husband bought me a bike, weights, and jump rope for Christmas I’d say I have little to no choice to do something fun and good for me every day. So, here’s a detailed list of what I’m going to be doing this week to better myself. This list will be complete every day, I promise myself that.
Thursday, Dec. 29th:
100 sit-ups with weights.
Jump rope for 30-60 minutes
Bike to the store for more fruits and veggies (So cliche’ but I needs them). Walk if Jason is home.
150 crunches
60 squats.
50 lunges (each leg) with weights.
Do NOT eat bad things today.
EVEN if there’s fancy chocolate and gummy bears in your pantry.
NO.
You want to be preeeettteeeeeh and heeeaaaalthhhy.

Gotta look good for when I see my family in 22 days so this is slightly perfect! :D

That excuses me from doing so poorly on my food logs, right? Riiiight?
Er, I suppose not, but hey! I posted my new measurements and I’ve lost a total of 5 in. from myself. CRAZY! This, of course is a collective- I didn’t loose that many inches from one part of my body, just sayin’. ;D
So today is looking great, I’m about to get pretty for my husband and then he will shower me in presents and take me to Red Lobster… Don’t judge me, I love that place. D:< Maybe we’ll go see the New Sherlock Holmes movie? Maybe? :DDD
Thursday Food:
Breakfast: Wild rice, grilled chicken and mushroom lean pocket.
Lunch: -still to come!! BRING IT ON RED LOBSTA!
Snack: -to come- CHEESECAKE BITES.
Dinner: Mg bread with peanut butter and blueberries.
Snack: Orange.
I’m struggling to keep track of my food- It’s always so similar that it’s getting difficult!
Sunday Food
Breakfast: 1/2 mg bagel and a smoothie (banana, strawberry-kiwi, yogurt, and bluberries).
Snack: Cantalope and spicy peanuts.
Lunch: BBQ chicken, spinach, wheat noodles with a little bit of cheese.
Dinner: Yogurt with blueberries and granola cereal sprinkled on top, a banana and a mg bagel.
Monday Food
Breakfast: Cantalope and peanuts.
Lunch: Smoothie and mg bagel with peanut butter.
Dinner: Smoked turkey artichoke panini with cheddar broccoli soup and a piece of bread from Panera bread.
I barely ate anything yesterday and I’m on my special week so now I’m bloated real bad. -pokes belly- Oh well, off to get my contact, stamps, and Jason’s present! THEN BED! :DD
